Get The Facts

Case #3PA-09-2996 CR, State of Alaska vs. Clayton Allison, is a criminal case initiated after a household accident involving 15-month-old Jocelynn Renee Allison. Most of the facts of this accident have been known by investigators from the first day of investigation, while others - like Jocelynn's mother's final diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) - required additional investigation and expert review.

Sadly, many of these facts were also barred or belittled within the courtroom at the trial 7 years later. Some of it was accomplished through inappropriate rulings from the trial judge. Other deception was accomplished through prosecutor misconduct in the form of lying to, and deceiving, judge and jury about the case evidence itself.

We ask that you review the case evidence yourself, and stand as witness. Our State must be held accountable for corruption of this scale.
